[Users] libetpan build options

Hello!

As sometimes segfaults occur on Debian-based machines, I would like to
officially ask if libetpan needs certain build options.

I read that (can't access it currently, 403) libetpan needs tp be
compiled with --poll.

I also filed a bug here, but nobody replied.

Can somebody tell more about this here?
