Select that, and you'll be presented with a window where you can
Load/Unload plugins.

Once you've selected the one(s) you want, you'll need to go to;
Configuration menu, Preferences... 
then the section 'Plugins' to configure them as required.  Be aware that
not all plugins will have configuration options.
