DM: Hi, John. Haven't used bogofilter, but here's some things I can
think of to check out:

* 1. Compare the version of the Claws Mail you were using before versus
  what you're using now, and any possible ramifications. (i.e. Is there
  perhaps a need to load / reload the plugin?, etc.)

* 2. Check into any ramifications of switching from one OS / distro to
  another. (i.e. Are there one or more dependencies for this plugin
  that need to be installed?, etc.)

* 3. You didn't mention how you install(ed) Claws (i.e. distro package,
  self-compiled, etc.). If it is a distro package, you could check into
  any possible differences between how the two distros put together
  their package (i.e. perhaps you need to do something extra, or switch
  to self-compiling). If it is self-compiled, you could check the
  compile logs, etc. to see if there's any clue there in regard to why
  the plugin isn't working.
