If this is a "good faith" request (not from you, Andreas, but for
whoever is asking you), then just adding a page to the claws-mail
site and pointing them to it should be enough (the added page would
have similar wording to the 'website privacy', but apply to the
claws-mail program)
But it can also be a technique of "we REALLY want to mandate Outlook,
but without doing so explicitly". In which case the webpage above will
result in more requirement/demands with shifting goalposts.
