[Users] recently occurring problems sending thru SMTP

Have you got the ports set correctly? The one's you mention are for non-TLS
connections, (according to what I've found).

Turn on TLS for both IMAP and SMTP, and set the ports thus

143 (IMAP)
587 (SMTP)
