Whenever I open Claws-Mail, the message preview panel on the bottom right has
the wrong size. I usually have the right side split roughly 50:50 between the
message list and the preview. But when I open the program, the preview panel
has been collapsed down to the bottom so you can no longer preview messages.

I can then grab the splitter and drag it back into position. And it'll stay
there for as long as the program is running. But once I exit and restart it,
the panel is at the bottom again. It does not seem to remember the previous
arrangement.

I have attached a screenshot to illustrate the issue.

I tried to create a new ~/.claws-mail directory for testing but it showed the
same behaviour. So I don't think it's a problem with the local Claws-Mail
configuration.

System:
Linux Mint 22 XFCE
X11 Mode with NVidia drivers 550
Claws-Mail 4.2.0 from the distro packages
