[Users] Outlook OAuth2 login has hard-coded wrong parameters

Ah, yes. Indeed when modifying the manifest file I can setup http://127.0.0.1:8888 and the authorization works.
I think that having http://localhost:8888 in the code would be better.

However, for some reason, the underlying claws' http server returns the following message:

"Authorisation NOT completed
Your OAuth2 authorisation code was not received by Claws Mail"

I'm not sure what happens, but even copy-pasting the url and using the claws' button doesn't work (and should not be needed, according to the FAQs, since I'm on Claws Mail 4.3.0 by Debian Backports)

If I manage to make it work, I'll update the FAQ, anyway.
