Cannot reproduce that. text/html message parts with and without loading
images are displayed fine here.

I get those, too, but HTML mails work nevertheless.

"Slightly higher" doesn't make it ABI incompatible and thus doesn't require
a rebuild of Claws Mail. 2.45.9x have been late releases for the 2.46 series.

As a side-note: Installing all the plugin RPM packages doesn't
automatically load all the plugins within Claws Mail.
