[Users] How to change the language used by Claws Mail

I run Claws Mail on several devices, and when I install it the language
it uses is English. This is my preference, since English is my native
language. All good, so far.

However, somehow or other, I managed to change the language on one of
my laptops to German. I couldn't work out what I'd done, but, again
without knowing what I did, I managed to change it to French.

How do I control which language Claws Mail uses for menus etc? I'd
certainly like to know before I change it to Russian or Chinese or some
other language where I don't even know the basics!
