25MB total, not per attachment.  Although that may be irrelevant(1);
Any server can have its own maximum set and silently delete anything
deemed too big.  It is rare these days, but bear in mind it /might/
happen.

(1)  It's probably still good to know, since most servers will, in all
likelihood, accept stuff that google accepts, size-wise.
