[Users] vertical scroll bar width -- can it be increased?

I don't have any problems like that, because I never use that scroll
bar. I always just use the mouse scroll wheel instead to move the
folder list.

I expect the answer is yes, but it'll be a setting somewhere for GTK3
widgets and I don't know how. :(
