[Users] Announcing the end of support for Claws Mail 3.x GTK2 series

Hello dear users,

after several years in transition, and with the release of Claws Mail 3.21.0,
this e-mail is to announce that support for the GTK2 flavour of Claws Mail
(the 3.x series) is now dropped. There will be no further GTK2 releases, even
if major issues or security flaws are ever found.

The mainstream 4.x series has been stable for years and we now want to
focus on it and its future. All modern target systems are now based
on (at least) GTK3, and it's even possible to build the complete GTK3
chain if you're stuck with an old system.

In other words, it's time for everyone to use Claws Mail 4.
