"Nachverarbeitungsregeln" is, in the original English, Post-Processing.

Instead of Post-Processing, you want to use the INBOX's Processing rules.
Right-click the INBOX, choose Processing....

Folder Processing rules can be run on demand, by using 'Run processing rules'
from the folder's context menu or, optionally, automatically when opening the
folder, or on start-up. See the folder's Properties, General page for these
options.
