[Users] OT: Flint Stone Hydro spam

Just being curious...
I regularly get messages that are apparently sent from 燧石希德罗
<logonflint at gmail.com>. (The chinese sender name translates to Flint Stone
Hydro). It is clearly spam and slightly annoying (I can esasily filter
it) but what intrigues me is why? A spam message wants me to reply, or push
a button, but the contents of these mails are just a series of
comma-separated numbers (maybe a truncated piece of JSON?).
I've attached one of these messages. Can anyone can shed some light on this?
Again, just out of curiosity.
