Warning about using settings from the newer version

Starting an older version of Claws Mail when previously it was started with a
new one causes the warning dialog about settings to show too many times (like
around 10 times).

Steps to reproduce:
1) build Claws Mail from the latest git
2) start Claws Mail
3) close Claws Mail
4) build Claws Mail from the 4.3.0 tag in git
5) start Claws Mail

Behaviour:
The same warning shown several times, as seen it the attachment.

Expected behaviour:
The warning from the attachment should be shown only once.

Additional info:
I returned to 4.3.0 because there is a regression in the latest git that
doesn't show recipient in the message header and doesn't add him as a recipient
in the To: field.
