gtk2-remove-unused-check-for-bind_textdomain_codeset.patch

Both checks are obsolete with the removal of /intl in commits 3e234d487
("2005-02-10 [paul]     1.0.1cvs3.2") and cd7e5c7c8 ("2005-02-17 [paul]
1.0.1cvs11.4"). Their results are unused, and they just increase the runtime of
configure.
