Just to be clearer still...
Processing rules happen either on entering a folder or on demand. The option
to run Processing on entering a folder is in the folder Properties.
Pre-processing rules run before any other Processing rules, they are not
attached to any particular folder.
Post-processing rules run after any other Processing rules, they are not
attached to any particular folder.
Post-processing rules do not run when leaving a folder, that is incorrect.
