gtk2-progressdialog-remove-focus-from-Cancel-button.patch
Sending an email will open a separate, optional progress window. This window
has the active focus on the Cancel button. As a result the operation may be
accidentally interrupted.
When sending an email with Ctrl+Enter, and doing a (mental) context switch via
Alt+Tab to another application, it may happen that the progress window suddenly
appears on top of all other windows.
Since sending can take an unpredictable long amount of time in each of the
involved individual steps, and the progress window is not shown instantly, one
may type Space or Enter while working with another application. To avoid
interrupting the sending process, move the focus to some non-fatal button, like
"Show Log".
