[Users] Can't move a directory from one MH-mailbox to another MH-mailbox

Use "Check for new folders".

Or option B, you can do everything without quitting Claws-Mail if you can live with the delay of copying all data to the other MH mailbox, then deleting the original folders from the original mailbox (using Ctrl + drag instead of just dragging).
