The names of the special folders are determined by the mail server.
Claws simply replicate the names served by the mail server - With IMAP
you simply get a look of the folder structure on the server whereas
with POP you make your own names of the folder and the claws maintains
a link between your local names and the server names.
So POP you create a local copy and copies the data from the server to
your local folders whereas with IMAP you sort of have a looking glas of
what is stored on the server. I hope this makes sense?
