hi there,
i've been using claws-mail for more than a decade now and it's been great! my thanks to the project developers for their efforts btw.
a year ago i switched to a new email provider. all was going well until recently when i stopped being able to send emails 99% of the time. to wit, i sent a short test message to the list before this one and that got thru.
the plan i'm on with the provider unfortunately does not offer any real assistance debugging such issues so i'm hoping somebody here will be able to help me find and hopefully fix the cause of this problem. here's my setup incl. IMAP's even though that side works fine:
* both IMAP and SMTP use TLS.
* IMAP: Authentication method is set to Automatic.
* SMTP: Authentication method is LOGIN using provider's User ID and Password.
* IMAP uses port 465, while IMAP uses 993.
also, when sending fails --after the Socket I/O timeout delay set in Preferences/Miscellaneous-- i see in the `journalctl` output the following:
```
xxx: [2024-08-29 21:24:44] IMAP error on imap.mailbox.org: stream error
xxx: [2024-08-29 21:24:44] IMAP connection broken
xxx: can't append message /home/raif/.claws-mail/tmp/queue.0x557a76f8086009b2871d
xxx: can't queue the message
```
again, any help is much appreciated. thanks in anticipation + cheers;
