If you give your filtering rules a Name, then you can just type the first few
characters to jump to that item in the list, (as it happens for folder names
in the move/copy folder selection dialogues).

If you look at the man page (`man claws-mail`) you will find, in the FILES
section, amongst other listings:

       $HOME/.claws-mail/matcherrc
              Filtering and Processing function configuration.
