Mail causing hang in LiteHTML plugin

Showing the HTML part of a certain mail (version with personal information
removed, which still causes the hang, attached) hangs the litehtml plugin.

I'll attach the "censored" mail, which causes the hang and a backtrace, which
to me looks like it loops around in render_block.cpp and render_item.cpp
