The bug is most likely in Claws Mail. I tend to think the height of the
rows has to be controlled by the configured font size, and the icon has
to follow that user-controlled size.

It appears to be a bug to provide fixed sized images anyway, the used
image format is wrong. Each one should be in a scalable format, so it
can follow the requested size without loss in quality.
