DM: The location Paul mentioned looks like one for user-defined
settings, so if there's nothing there, then probably the next step
would be to try to find something similar somewhere else for system
default settings. Maybe search your system files for 'settings.ini' or
'gtk-3.0' and see if you can locate anything helpful / relevant?
