Open the file ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini and find the 'gtk-theme-name'
entry.

The gtk3 theme I use has the same problem but with a different icon (the Help
button in my case). I am considering whether Claws Mail should take control
of these icons and provide its own, since there are so many gtk3 themes with
this problem.
