I expect you're right that removing part of the URI will make it
clickable, but I think the question was why the whole construction
isn't clickable.
RFC3986 says in section 3.4
( https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc3986#section-3.4 ):
"The query component is indicated by the first question mark ("?")
character and terminated by a number sign ("#") character or by the
end of the URI."
so the query component ends at the "#" sign just before the "ł". The
rest of the URI is described in the following section 3.5:
"A fragment identifier component is indicated by the presence of a
number sign ("#") character and terminated by the end of the URI."
There's nothing magic about the "ł" that terminates the fragment. So the
whole string between the < and > should be marked as clickable, I think.
i.e. it's a real bug.
