[Users] Filter is working as expected

I don't think I'm making myself understood. My English is terrible. I'm
sorry.
I'll try again.
What I want to happen is that if there is an email that doesn't belong to
the example.com domain, the color of the label should change to let me know.
If there are only emails from example.com in the To or CC fields, the color
should *not* change.
For example, if we have
To: bwayne at example.com
or
To: bwayne at example.com, dtracy at example.com
the email doesn't need to be highlighted because no one from outside the
company is in the conversation.
If the To field contains external emails, the color of the label should be
changed to red.
Examples of these situations
To: regularjoe at gmail.com
To: regularjoe at gmail.com, bwayne at example.com
To: bwayne at example.com, regularjoe at gmail.com
When I said that the filter used for the To field failed, it's because in
the cases
To: regularjoe at gmail.com, bwayne at example.com
and
To: bwayne at example.com, regularjoe at gmail.com
the corresponding emails were not highlighted, but I want them to be, to
indicate that there are people from outside the company in the conversation.
In other words, currently the filters only work if there are no emails from
the example.com domain in the To field.
Examples of when the To field filters work
To: regularjoe at gmail.com
To: regularjoe at gmail.com, somedude at gmail.com
I hope I managed to explain myself.
The texts with the To and Cc fields that appear in the previous email
should show the recipients used in the tests, so you can reproduce them if
you want.
Thanks for your patience :)
Best regards.
