I think your problem is that you are using "to_or_cc" rather than "to" and
"cc" (plus "from"). For example:

~from matchcase "@example.com" | ~to matchcase "@example.com" | ~cc matchcase "@example.com"

If you are posting more examples, please use /Edit/Special paste/Unwrapped,
that will make it much easier to read.
