Hi Steffe,

Did you add Claws Mail to the firewall exceptions list? See the attached
screen-shot, it should look like this in Advanced Network Settings
(that's also on Ventura). It's working fine, Apple doesn't force you
to use their mail client.

Use the + button at the bottom of the firewall control panel to add it if
it's not there already. You'll need to point it to the real Claws Mail
binary (probably /usr/local/bin/claws-mail), not any launcher script in
the Applications folder.
