Paul, please, are you aware of any nowadays performance
comparison of both?

Some months ago i search it (not C-M related at all), but i
found only many years old (and repeated on many places),
where GnuTLS was noticeable worse and some notes that
it must be better (as not as bad) now, without telling what is
"better" nor how "better" it is...
