Have a careful look at the 'Default inbox directory' (and the others on the
'Advanced' page), it has a Browse button next to it. Use this button and it
will get the path to the inbox correctly. You have simply written an email
address there, which is not the same as a folder path, therefore your edit
cannot be saved.
