[Users] Claws-Mail as an .eml viewer

After debugging:

$ sylpheed 'filename.eml' - opens the filename.eml with message view. (Does it incorrectly, some attachments are missing.)

$ claws-mail 'filename.eml' - does nothing. 
Debug info shows: 'filename.eml' not found
