Based on Yahoo's documentation that I pointed to previously:

they do support POP. 

If you continue to have problems, please include your configuration
details and any error message(s) you are getting on connection
attempts - in text - in a message to the list. [I, for one, will not
click on graphics links on most mailing lists.]

Also note, in the upper-right on the page referenced above Yahoo
provides some troubleshooting hints. They may be helpful.

As requested by others, please *do not* write directly/off-list (as
you did in this case) or include non-list addresses in your replies.
We're on the list and really could do without duplicates.
