Perhaps, in addition to the German links, it should be made clear again
in German that it is possible to receive emails in two different ways.
These are POP and IMAP. It is an "either or" and cannot be mixed up.
Sophie, you chose a POP account and configured it with IMAP settings.
That might not be the only mistake you made, but it's an obvious reason
why things aren't going the way you want them to.

Vielleicht sollte man ergänzend zu den deutschen Links nochmal auf
Deutsche klarstellen, dass es möglich ist, auf zwei unterschiedliche
Weisen Emails zu empfangen. Diese sind POP und IMAP. Es ist ein
"Entweder Oder" und kann nicht miteinander vermischt werden. Sophie, Du
hast einen POP Account gewählt und diesen mit IMAP-Einstellunegn
konfiguriert. Das ist vielleicht nicht der einzige Irrtum, dem Du
unterliegst, aber schon mal ein offensichtlicher Grund, warum es nicht
so läuft, wie Du es wünschst.
