[Users] Ordering of accounts in the "Folder" column.

I have recently had occasion to change the email account that is
designated as being my "primary" account.  The process was
straightforward, but the account that *used* to be the primary account
still appears at the top of the list of accounts, and what is now the
primary account is listed second.

I would *like* the primary account to appear at the top of the list.
Is there any way to make this so?

Obviously this is No Big Deal and amounts to unnecessary fussing (OCD).
However if there is a simple way of effecting this change I would like
to find out about it.
