There are some wrong assumptions here.

That "error" message is actually just a warning, not an error. It says that
an expected folder is not present. This is not a recurrence of bug 3855,
which was indeed fixed in 2017. You are not getting the segfault that was
reported in that bug report, quite the opposite: you say that everything is
working "perfectly".

It seems that, since your copy, the folder structure in your local cache is
differing from the folder structure on the IMAP server. Right-click the
top-level mailbox folder, then click "Rebuild folder tree" and/or "Check for
new folders". This will make your local cache match the structure on the
server.
