[Users] Pop-up appearing in message window

This is an incredibly trivial complaint but I'd welcome a fix.

I just noticed (and conceivably could have been blissfully overlooking)
a pop-up that appears when I hover the mouse over any message in the
message window. 

It is a yellow banner that replicates whatever is the subject matter of
the message. So, for example, if the subject of the message is:

<Re: [Users] No way to print html email with attached images>

then that (without the < > marks) is what I see in the yellow banner.

I also get a yellow pop-up when I hover over anything in the "From"
column. 

Is there a way to disable these pop-ups? I've searched through the
configuration settings but don't see one.
