[Users] vcalendar dependencies

Hi Claws users,
I notice when I run Claws' ./configure, the vcalendar plugin is
indicated as "Disabled due to missing dependencies". However the
website indicates vcalendar's only dependency is libcurl, which I do
have installed. (running `curl-config --version` gives `libcurl 7.58.0`)
What's going on with that? How can I enable the vcalendar plugin?
