[Users] Clawsker 1.3.8 released

Hi all,

Clawsker, the Claws Mail hidden preferences editor and tweaker has been
released again.

Changes, shamelessly copied from the NEWS file, are:

1.3.8
  - Support old hidden preference "nav_history_length"
  - Slightly expanded and improved test suite: needs Test::Output
  - Bug reporting info moved from README to manual page
  - Translations:
    • Updated: Swedish, Turkish, Dutch, Catalan, French and Spanish
    • Dropped: Norwegian Bokmål
  - Late translations:
    • New: Russian (for 1.3.7)
