[Users] Some Messages Not Being Filtered

Wow! Thanks Paul! I can't believe that all these years I have been using
Claws Mail with bogofilter, I have never really noticed this before. A
bit embarrassing. It's probably in the documentation too. <sigh> Now
I wonder were I got the false impression the bogofilter was after the
filters from. Oh well. 

This explains why these message are not making the filters. I looked at
the messages this morning those inl "Spam-Unsure" the "X-Bogoisty:"
header is set to "Unsure" those that made it to the filters have the
"X-Bogoisty:" header is set to ham.

One great thing about this list is things like this. I probably never
would have come up with this on my own. I had hair before this problem.
<just kidding>.

Now I have to rethink how I do this. <grin>
