test message triggering the bug

I observed a situation where a reply to a mail would lead to a wrong quoting of
the mail address. The "From" header from that mail contained a special
character, a comma, and was relatively long.

I am attaching an example mail that triggers this. When I hit "Reply" on that
sample, the recipient gets encoded like this:

"Hanno Böck, TestTestTestTes"tTestTestTestTestTestT e.V. <testxyz at example.org>

I.e. the quotes are wrong, they should go around the whole name part This
eventually gets interpreted as two recipients (not entirely sure if by the
client or the server).
