[Users] how to setup an alias for a list of recipients

In menu goto tools. Find the address book you want to use. Right click
on it. You get options of edit, delete, new folder, new group.

create a new group.
Find the address to go into the new group then copy and paste or you
can cut and paste. 
Which is bette I do not know
