Hi all,

I'm using Claws-Mail version 4.1.1 on Void Linux. Help=>about yields
the following:

==============================
System Information
GTK 3.24.37 / GLib 2.76.1
Locale: en_US.UTF-8 (charset: UTF-8)
Operating System: Linux 5.9.12_2 (x86_64)
==============================

I have very bad eyesight and can't read small print or non-contrasty
print, so I need to tweak font sizes and colors for each piece of
software I use.

When I try to tweak Claws-Mail fonts, I'm failing miserably. My problem
is I don't understand Claws' mapping between context and
fontsize/color. For instance, right now in my folder list, folders with
unread email are tiny, and I can't find a way to make folders with
email have a bigger font. Note that folders without unread email are
sized perfectly.

Another situation: In my message list, already read messages are sized
perfectly, but unread messages are sized huge, walking right off the
screen.

I can adjust some font sizes with the
configuration=>preferences=>display=>fonts dialog box, but this
dialog box seems to give me no control over read and unread
distinctions.

I can find no way at all to adjust colors in the folder and message
lists. configuration=>preferences=>display=>colors lets me adjust the
color of the trash folder, but not much else.

How can I gain a more complete understanding of customizing all font
sizes and colors?

Thanks,

SteveT
