[Users] Emails take long time to be marked as read after opening

When I open an email in inbox, it takes a long time to be marked as
read. Because of that, small emails, which takes little time to read,
don't get marked as read. It's starting to be a problem.

This is my fault. There is a setting to set the timeout and I changed
it. But now I can't find where it is.
