[Users] Corrupted subjects

Hi !

Some subjects in message list and message view are corrupted. I have two examples.

1. Subject of the message contains letter Ü, but in Claws message list I see question mark instead and in message view header section I see underscore instead that letter. The message body is rendered correctly. Android Gmail app shows both subject and body correctly too.

Also, when I press Ctrl-U to view message source, underscores everywhere instead õüäöÕÜÄÖ.

Message body content tags are following:
Subject: O_ teavitus (copied directly from Ctrl-U message source)
Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="cf412c0d666737aea66007a006232905"
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1; format=flowed
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

When trying to open message directly with mousepad it prompts:

The document is not UTF-8 valid
Other valid encodings were found, please choose below
Two options: 
Default (UTF-8, partial)
Other (ISO-8859-1)

When I choose Default, the question mark is show everywhere. When I choost ISO-8859-1, the message is rendered correctly.

2. Subject of the message contains only underscores both in message list and in message view header section. Message body again is rendered correctly. It sould be  cyrillic letters.
