@mahlamytsike  Earlier, I didn't notice gmail as your mail provider.  Yet this
fits with Al Sweigart's «Automate the boring stuff with Python», where he
dedicates a chapter about managing emails including the example how to collect
the monthly dues for a club with personalized reminders.  Likely, the pattern
shown could be adjusted to your needs regarding the initial/outbound mails.
