[Users] Oauth2 not working with Microsoft Exchange

Hello David,

Thanks for all the comments.... I've found another possibility that I need
to test because it's promising: OAUTH2 doesn't work with MFA... and I had
MFA enabled on my account, using the MS Authenticator app on my phone.

So, I've disabled MFA on that account, and I'll make another try without
it.
