[Users] Views keep getting changed on exit ?

I previously commented on this issue. I am now using Debian
(sid/unstable) and am still seeing the issue with Claws 4.1.1. It's
occurring regardless of Linux distro, GTK theme, or desktop environment
used. 

Debian offers packages libappindicator3-0.1-cil and
libappindicator3-0.1-cil-dev, but am not sure if these are considered
the same package referenced above. The description for both: CLI
binding for libayatana-appindicator3 using GObject introspection.
