Ok, thanks for that.

In the assumption you're using POP3 rather than IMAP, one last thought, for the sending
and receiving tabs:

For "Receive" do you also have the box ticked to "Authenticate before POP connection"?

And for "Send", do you have the box ticked to "Authenticate with POP before sending"?
